Our Commitments

We value the sense of community that has been building in Union Township.  We will work to enhance and grow an identity that reflects Union being a great place to live and raise a family.  We desire to create an environment where others are not only encourage but inspired to join in the community events and initiate new events.  We want to optimize community engagement to make sure your Committee reflects all that Union is and all that you want it to be.  

But, there is work to do to preserve and protect Union's agricultural heritage, its scenic vistas, and its open spaces.  With the largest footprint along the 78 corridor, Union is not only a prime location for residents looking for a great town and great schools, but a location for businesses looking to expand their business models.  We have a looming Fourth Round Affordable Housing obligation.  You can be sure our interests will align with Union's residents and the established principles of Union's Master Plan!

Our Community safety demands and deserves constant vigilance.  We will be attentive and diligent in our efforts to make Union Township as safe as it can be today and tomorrow.  Whether it is enhanced community watch, better ways to ensure speed enforcement or capital improvement projects, we will use our best efforts to deliver a safe community for you! 

And, you can be sure we appreciate how hard you work and that every dollar is important to  you.  We will use our collective skills, experience, and conservative fiscal approach to make sure every dollar is accounted for, budgeted in a fiscally responsible manner, and insure that expenses are warranted,  justifiable and in Union's best interests!
