Every dollar spent should have an identifiable purpose and should advance a goal, whether devoted to retaining our employees, maintaining our facilities or furthering needed capital improvements
Analysis of budgets to align with strategic initiatives and ever evolving needs
Identify revenue streams for Operating Budget, Capital Improvement Budget and Open Space Budget, and match against known expenses and to facilitate prioritized projects, i.e grants, public-private partnerships, County Town partnerships, and other sources not associated with tax revenue
Increase communication regarding budgets, i.e. periodic status reports distributed to residents via social media, The People's Press Quarterly Update and/or Committee Meeting quarterly updates

Review/Revise Land Use Ordinances to address development along I78/173 corridor
Review/Revise Land Use Ordinances to address potential development/ redevelopment of larger parcels and vacant parcels in Township
Identify parcels for potential farmland and/or open space preservation
Review possible "greenway" links and connecting trails
Identify grants and USDA, State and County funding sources to facilitate future acquisitions
Review Master Plan more frequently to insure protections remain in place and Township is moving forward to identified goals

Continuously review and assess road conditions for regular maintenance and capital improvements
Increased communication about capital improvements and budget for road and other improvements
Improve communication with JCP&L to improve reliability of electric service to Township
Contact railroad regarding improvement of signage and painting to increase visibility of bridges/tunnels
Improve signage and traffic controls for reduced truck traffic and speeding on local roads and at rail crossings

Assess Township's current inventory and compliance with State mandated obligations
Review and assess Township plan to address future Affordable Housing Obligations
Hold Public Forum on Affordable Housing in conjunction with Planning Board
Adjust Housing Plan in Township Master Plan to mitigate potential for adverse consequences.

Continue financial support for Quakertown Fire Co. /EMS, Pattenburg Rescue Squad, Pattenburg Volunteer Fire Company, High Bridge Volunteer Fire Company and Clinton Volunteer Fire Company
Explore ways to assist with recruitment, retention, training and equipment
Develop Emergency Services/Emergency Action Plan as part of Township Master Plan

Improve maintenance of Hoffman Park and promote history and use of this asset for passive recreational uses
Replace/Update trail markings at Hoffman Park
Develop trails/link greenways between existing open spaces
Showcase and support thriving Recreation Programs
